I sensed that Miriam was a spring based on her outgoing, friendly personality.
She said that she is generally cautious whilst shopping and sticks to black and grey. Every so often, she stepped out of her comfort zone and bought a few things in color.
After our session, we took the palette into her closet. All of the clothing items that were not black, were actually on her palette!
I love when that happens!

It has been a very busy last two months for me. From getting my kids back to school to family celebrations, plus the Jewish High Holidays, there hasn’t been much time for this page.
However I am still here and I am back to seeing clients. There are still a few spots open for palettes for this month, starting October 12.

Meet Briele, my beautiful almost-daughter, turned friend. Creating her palette was a wonderful experience. It affirmed for her so many things that I already knew, but that she only discovered today.

Today’s session yielded fabulous pictures as my client, Shoshana, is a business consultant!

This camera shy lady is a beautiful Winter.
She was so happy with this palette, it reflects HER.

In life, mistakes are made, and hopefully there will opportunities for second chances as well.

Tomorrow I am redoing this palette. I did this one at the beginning of the year for a good friend.

It’s a beautiful palette, but I never felt that my client clicked with it. I quickly realized that it wasn’t her palette, even though some elements may be correct.

A beautiful Mellow Autumn palette for a camera shy client.
Her Auburn hair and freckles make her an Autumn, her delicate features and softness give her Summer qualities.
She is such a blend of both seasons in her personal taste and design aesthetic. Autumn was definitely the dominant quality though.

I love seeing the harmony of the colors laid out in front of me.
{Obviously, the fans are necessary to take along with you.}
Here are my two palettes. The first one was made by Olga @image_and_color_institute and the second one was created by Suzanne. Suzanne typed me as a Vivid Winter, while Olga typed me as a Soft Winter.
They are very different, and both so beautiful.

This is me and my palette! I’m a Soft Winter.
When I was 13 years old, I had my palette done by Suzanne Caygill. She said that I was a Vivid Winter. I had a very narrow palette. I was never happy with it and would use my own discretion and eye for color and buy clothing in colors that were not on my original palette.
I had my palette redone in November when I studied with Olga at the @image_and_color_institute
When I received my palette, I went to check my closet and found that 90% of my clothing was on my new palette.
What a satisfying feeling that was.
